Refund policy

Returns

We will accept returns on damaged items or items received not as described within 30 days of your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, please email prior to purchase and we can assist you in making the best purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please contact us directly at realperson@countytshirts.ca if you wish to return an item.

If you need to return or exchange an item because of sizing or other colours, you are responsible for paying for all additional shipping costs.  To return your item, please mail to: Prince Edward County T-Shirt Company, 6-252 Main St, Picton, Ontario, K0K 2T0.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is suggested that you receive a tracking number when shipping a returned item. We are not responsible for items not received via the mail.

Sorry, only regular priced items may be returned/refunded.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
