SHIPPING TO USA - Fall 2025 update

We currently can ship to the USA, but after your purchase, we will invoice you an additional Prepay Duties Charge.  If you would like to know what this charge will be prior to placing your order, please contact us directly

 

Exchanges and Credit Notes

We offer exchanges or credit notes on items.  If you have received a damaged or faulty item, we can replace your item. 

Items to be exchanged must be unworn, clean and in its original condition to be accepted as an exchange.

ONLINE / MAIL EXCHANGES

For online orders and out of town requests, please note that for exchange of sizes, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is suggested that you receive a tracking number when shipping a returned item. We are not responsible for items not received via the mail.  Please contact us prior to mailing your item back to us, so we can confirm we have a replacement.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.  We will accept exchanges within 60 days of purchase.
