In Store Exchanges - Xmas 2021
Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We take our customer satisfaction seriously, so please reach out if you have any questions.
We will be open for Exchanges after Christmas, but we do ask that if it is not urgent, that you wait until January to bring in your exchange or fill out the form below and we will contact you.
We offer exchanges or credit notes on items. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, we can replace your item.
Items to be exchanged must be unworn, clean and in it's original condition to be accepted as an exchange.

For locals, we will arrange a curbside exchange IF our store is mandated to be closed. If you are not able to leave your home, we can arrange a delivery exchange.
For online orders and out of town requests, please note that for exchange of sizes, we will contact you with a shipping link. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is suggested that you receive a tracking number when shipping a returned item. We are not responsible for items not received via the mail.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will accept exchanges beyond our 60 day period if our store is mandated to be closed.
