Summer Retail Sales Associate (Key Holder)

Do you love talking to people? Are you outgoing, friendly, and the type of person who works hard, stays busy, and takes initiative?
We're looking for a motivated Summer Retail Sales Associate to join our team for a 9-week full-time position (30 hours/week) through the Canada Summer Jobs program, ideally starting mid-June 2026.
This is a great opportunity for a college, university, or recent high school graduate who wants hands-on retail experience in a fun, busy, customer-focused environment.

What you'll do:
- Welcome and assist customers
- Help drive sales through friendly, genuine customer service
- Restock and organize merchandise
- Create attractive displays and keep the store looking great
- Open and close the store (key holder responsibilities)
- Assist with inventory and receiving stock
- Help with social media content and marketing projects
- Support our in-house screen-printing and apparel business when needed

The Prince Edward County T-Shirt Company creates and prints original Prince Edward County-inspired apparel right here in Picton. We also operate Lucky Find PEC, our curated vintage and resale shop, and The PEC Print Shop.

Position Details
- Full-time summer position (9 weeks)
- 30 hours per week
- Includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be between 15 and 30 years of age
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or legally entitled to work in Canada
