    1. Retail Sales Associate / Key Holder

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate / Key Holder who has a passion for casual apparel, a proven track record of driving sales and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a positive, energetic team player who will contribute to our respectful, inclusive, and positive environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales: Implement genuine sales strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed targets. Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by cross-selling.

    2. Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Demonstrate a passion for our brand and products, utilizing product knowledge to engage customers.

    3. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the management team to execute creative and visually appealing merchandise displays. Ensure that the store layout and presentation meet brand standards and attract customers.

    4. Inventory Management: Assist management team in monitoring inventory levels and stock replenishment to meet customer demand. Assist with our in-house PEC Print Shop with the production process of new and existing garments.

    5. Operational Support: Support the management team in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times to ensure a positive, safe and inclusive environment. Participate in social media content and creation.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous sales experience, preferably in the retail clothing industry.
    • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional verbal and written English skills. French language skills are an asset.
    • Knowledge of retail operations, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, inventory control, merchandising, and sales techniques are an asset.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to work independently and with a team.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail or fashion-related fields is a plus.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time or Part-time Retail Sales Assistant Manager who will excel in embracing our mandate of providing fantastic customer experience, and who will contribute to our respectful, inclusive, and positive environment.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for casual apparel, strong leadership skills, a proven track record of driving sales, and providing excellent customer service. As an integral part of our retail team, the Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the overall success of our clothing store, while also collaborating with our in-house PEC Print Shop.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and direction to retail staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

    2. Sales and Performance Management: Assist in setting sales goals and targets for the store and individual team members. Monitor sales performance and implement genuine strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed targets. Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by cross-selling.

    3. Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Train and coach staff on effective customer service techniques and product knowledge, demonstrating a passion for our brand and products.

    4. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute creative and visually appealing merchandise displays. Ensure that the store layout and presentation meet brand standards and attract customers.

    5. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels and stock replenishment to meet customer demand.  Conduct regular stock checks, monitor inventory turnover, and identify slow-moving or outdated merchandise. Work closely with the store manager to implement effective inventory control procedures. Collaborate with in-house PEC Print Shop on creation of new and existing garments.

    6. Operational Support: Support the store manager in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times to ensure a positive, safe and inclusive environment. Participate in social media content and creation.


    7. Training and Development: Assist in training new hires and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development to enhance team performance and job satisfaction.  Assist in staff scheduling. Availability of covering last minute shifts when required.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous retail management experience, preferably in the retail clothing industry.
