    1.  Permanent Part-time Assistant Store Manager

    Our Assistant Store Manager is responsible in the assistance of the smooth running of the store, motivating & supporting staff and acting as an enthusiastic role model in offering above and beyond customer service with a super friendly, no nonsense vibe.  We aim to foster a positive working environment that upholds the values and goals of the company while celebrating each individual’s strengths and skills for personal development.  

    Our Assistant Manager will:

    • Demonstrate a passion for our brand and products while delivering exceptional customer service using genuine, proven selling behaviours;
    • Provide solutions and inspiration to customers by keeping current on our products, sharing this knowledge to other staff;
    • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering above and beyond assistance;
    • Deliver sales results in contributing to the store and individual goals and assist other staff in reaching goals;
    • Assist in the hiring, scheduling, training and supervising of employees, motivating staff and giving feedback;
    • Ensure the product is merchandised in a visually compelling way and the space is clean and customer ready at all times;
    • Monitor product levels and assist in the ordering of product and supplies, organizing incoming products and storeroom organization;
    • Review and update store policies and procedures, ensuring staff are following these guidelines;
    • Review daily cash reconciliations, maintain cash float and petty cash, perform basic banking duties;
    • Maintain and utilize inventory / POS systems and equipment;
    • Assist in developing social media content with ease and accuracy;
    • Act as point of contact with store maintenance workers and outside agencies;
    • Create strategies for increasing store efficiency;
    • Promote a positive, safe and inclusive environment.

    You will need an approachable, friendly and energetic attitude, be hardworking, responsible, with the ability to multi-task, motivate and manage a small team. To be successful, you’ll need to possess:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years related Sales Experience, preferably in a retail apparel environment;
    • Minimum of 2 years in an assistant managerial role, supervising a small staff;
    • Determination to be an active role model to the team, with the ability to motivate others in achieving sales targets, while upholding an exceptional customer experience;
    • Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills;
    • Ability to collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own;
    • Initiative and willingness to share ideas and feedback with a positive attitude;
    • Ability to manage the daily operations of the store and ensuring all staff are properly following policies & procedures;
    • Perform various administrative tasks as required;
    • Experience with creative visual planning, merchandising, photography and social media with an eye for detail;
    • Physical ability to work a full day standing up and lifting up to 30 lbs;
    • Flexibility in work shifts, availability to work weekdays, some holidays and weekends.

    2.  Retail Sales Associate - Permanent Part-time, Seasonal Full-Time

    The goal for our Retail Sales Associates is to provide exceptional customer service and develop authentic customer relationships through store sales.  We aim to foster a positive, fun environment while honing each individual’s strengths and skills for personal growth and development.

    Our Retail Sales Associates:

    • Demonstrate a passion for our brand and products while delivering exceptional customer service using genuine selling behaviours;
    • Demonstrate the ability to develop strong relationships with customers by offering above and beyond assistance;
    • Deliver sales results in contributing to the store and individual goals;
    • Ensure the product is merchandised in a visually compelling way and the space is clean and customer ready at all times;
    • Assist with incoming stock and storeroom organization;
    • Utilize inventory / POS systems with ease and accuracy;
    • Promote a positive, safe and inclusive environment.

    You will need an approachable, friendly and energetic attitude, be hardworking, responsible, dependable, and ensure high performance in customer service. To be successful, you’ll need to possess:

    • 1-2 years related Sales Experience, preferably in a retail apparel environment;
    • Determination to be an active member of the team in achieving sales targets, while upholding an exceptional customer experience;
    • Ability to collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own;
    • Initiative and willingness to share ideas and feedback with a positive attitude;
    • Responsibility to open and close store, complete end of day sales reconciliations and other administrative tasks;
    • Physical ability to work a full day standing up and lifting up to 30 lbs;
    • Flexibility in work shifts, availability to work weekdays, holidays and weekends.
