  • We love our PEC oval (because you do!)

After two full seasons in Bloomfield, we spent our winter months reviewing our business journey so far, from our early expectations to our current outlook, and it has been quite a trip! As we head into our third season, we decided it was time to refresh our brand by embracing the identity that most people think of when they think of us: The PEC oval.

You might not know this, but the PEC oval was the inspiration for our entire business. This idea, which we had hatched about three years earlier, became a key building block for our first wave of County inspired shirts. The car sticker was actually our first product, arriving a couple of weeks before the first tees, in the Fall of 2013.

Since then our customers, you, have embraced this design, and have worn it proudly around the world. We continue to find unique ways to apply this iconic design on our products (including some really great new shirts arriving in early Spring!), and it really has come to represent our business.

For all of those reasons, we have embraced the oval, which from this point on will not only be your favorite t-shirt design but our business' official logo. We know this will help people find us better, and to better identify our business from the shirts they see all over. New signage is headed for the store, and all web properties will start to reflect the changes shortly.

Did I mention new shirts and Maple in the County? Stay tuned, lots coming for this season.

    Welcome Spring!

  • Summer Days are Here: Happy County August

In store now is our county rooster on a (highly requested) v-neck t-shirt. If you thought summer was over, think again. We are smack in the middle, with many days of a county t-shirt wearing ahead. Grab yours quickly, as they are already flying the coop. Keep an eye on our Fall/Winter collection, as we have lots of ideas for this simple, but iconic design. #wearthecounty

  • Anatomy of an Awesome T-shirt: Prince Edward County

When we set out to create our line of County inspired t-shirts we were really picky about the quality of garment, the printing process, and even the label. Clearly people had printed county t-shirts before us. What we realized is that those businesses saw t-shirts as a quick way to make a buck hawking low quality shirts to tourists. That was not our vision at all, and we do everything we can to separate ourselves from those who continue to sell low grade merchandise at premium souvenir prices.

  • Celebrate Canada Day with John "Che" MacDonald

We had been using Sir John A. MacDonald in our advertising, and he has been a "county character" that we really wanted to explore and play with from the start. For those of you who don't know, the man who would become a father of Canadian confederation, and our first Prime Minister, has deep county roots. First as a lad, when his father ran the mill at Glenora, and then as a young lawyer, having his first practice in Picton.
